Indian food has already created waves across the globe. Today there is no place on Earth or a country which does not serve or offer Indian cuisines. Indians will not have to starve out in any country they go. Indian food is well known for its spices and the taste main ingredients attaining after cooking. Indian food is incredible and differs from Western style cooking in many ways. Western cooking aims to retain the original flavor of the ingredient, whereas Indian cooking alters the taste greatly. 

Indian food diversified

India is a vast land with plenty of states part of the country. This result in forming of authentic regional Indian food, which differs from regions and climatic conditions. Now the rich culture of India food comprises of North Indian, Gujrati, Marwadi, Maharashtrian, South Indian, Bengali (eastern) food and of course the lavish Lucknawi cuisines. Earlier, Indian food was limited to just the main course but as times have changed, food habits and food recipes have also changed drastically. The Indian food varies from locations and natural resources available in the region. Food is derived from the core ingredients only present in abundance. For Example: Appam and appey in south Indian food have rice as the main ingredient which is found in Tamil Nadu. North Indian food is more fried, oily compared to other cuisines. If you go to Delhi, kulchas, sheermal, parathas are common in the platter. Indian food has been a favorite of many connoisseurs who miss on their important appointments to enjoy the royal meals in India.

Indian platter offers gamut mouth-watering cuisines which makes it a complete feast, for which Indian people are well known for. Today the regional Indian food also has gone quite modern and healthy from starters to desserts. It's no longer the time when Indian food had only yellow and red curries with just chutneys and some authentic flavors. Today the main highlight of Indian food is about mixing the ingredients and presenting the delicacies and In future found many more latest Indian food recipes tips . Now the sea bass is served along Pita bread which is generally enjoyed with seafood and hummus. It is cooked with strong curries. The sweetness form the coconut gives smoky and rich flavors to the cream.
