Ingredients
400 grams raw papaya
1 Lime
2 table spoon oil
½ tea spoon mustard seeds
3 to 4 green chilies (cut length wise)
A pinch asafetida
Salt to taste

Method
Peel and grate raw papaya. Apply salt and keep aside for a few
minutes.
Press lightly to remove the excess water from it. Add additional
salt (if necessary)
And lime juice.
Heat a little oil. Add mustard seeds, asafetida and green chilies
add the seasoning to the papaya. Mix well
