Ingredients
250 grams potatoes
200 grams peas
2 tea spoons chilli paste
Coriander leaves chopped finely
2 tea spoons ginger paste
1 tea spoon garam masala
1 tea spoon citric acid
1 tea spoon sugar
Rice flour
Oil or Butter
Salt to taste

curried peas is spooned over pattice, with
sweet and green chutney and sev.
Method
Boil,
peel and grate potatoes.
After
peeled properly add all ingredients except rice flour. Shape like pattice. Roll
in rice flour.
Fry
the pattice.
If
you are going to serve pattice with ragada.
Then
roast on a griddle till brown on both side by adding oil or butter.
