Ingredients for Spinach Chana Dal Tikki
1 cup chana dal
200 gram spinach
5 to 7 green chillies
A small piece of ginger
8 to 10 cloves garlic
Oil
Salt to taste

First Soak chana dal for
4 hours.
After grind it properly.
Chop spinch finely, wash
and to chana dal.
Following mix all other
ingredients.
Shape like tikkiya.
Lastly fry them.
To make dahiwadas add
curd over and then after garnished it.
