4 cups chana dal
Marinate both the dals disjointedly for 8-9 hours.

200 gram cabbage
3 onions
2 tea spoon ginger-chili paste
Oil
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate both the dals disjointedly for 8-9 hours.
After that crush them into a fine paste.
Append all the vegetables and other ingredients.
Stay the batter solid.
Make vadas like medu vadas similar to medu vada or make them in
the vada maker.
Dish up hot with sambhar, coconut chatney and
coriander chutney.
