Majority of people prefer Tea and Coffee at this time, especially they wait for tea & coffee in around 3:30 to 4pm.  But for the people who don't drink tea & coffee, they can prefer one of my very favorite summertime refreshing and simple Sweet Tea breaker ie. Lemon Cake.

Here is the quick recipe:

Ingredients :

3 eggs
300g caster sugar
3 tablespoons plain flour
4 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons icing sugar for decoration

Preparation method :

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 35 mins
1. Whisk together eggs, caster sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy.
2. When your sponge cake has baked for 20 minutes, pour this mixture over it. Let cook for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, or until light golden brown.
3. Dust with icing sugar and serve!
