In season of monsoon or winter, all want some spicy,
khata-mitha, warm-warm. So, here I am with spicy pav-bhaji. Pav Bhaji is
specialty of Mumbai of Maharashtra. In Mumbai at beaches Pav Bhaji is
well-known. Bhaji is nothing but, mix vegetables with onion and tomato puree
sabji. Mostly bhaji is always eating with fry buns of bread also known as pav.
Ingredients for Pav Bhaji

Buns: few
Butter:
50 grms
Potatoes:

(boiled): ½ Cup
Cauliflower
(shredded): 2 table-spoons
Green
Chilies: 2
Big
Brinjal: 1
Ginger
garlic paste: ½ tea-spoons
Capsicum
(optional): 1
Lemon:
½ piece
Tomato
puree: ½ Cup
Coriander
leaves: ½ Cup
Red
Chilli powder: 1 tea-spoon
Pav
bhaji masala powder: 1 table-spoon
Haladi
powder: ½ tea-spoons
Salt:
as per taste
Method How to Make Pav
Bhaji Recipe:
Step-1: Take a pressure cooker.
Boil all vegetables except peas. Make 5 whistles.
Step-2: Then immerses tomatoes in boiling
water.After some time switch off the stove. After it cool, mash them. Add
ginger garlic paste and fry for few more minutes till the its brown.
Step-3: Take a pan, add butter in it then add
chopped onions, add tomato puree, add boiled vegetables in it, smashed them
with masher. Add chili powder, salt, haladi powder and pav bhaji masala. Fry
for a 5 minitues.
Step-4: garnish with coriander
leaves. Chopped onions, a small lemon piece.
Step-5: Fry pav in butter. Serve with bhaji.
Additional Tips for Serving Pav Bhaji after Cook Recipe
To make more spicy and test serve Bhaji Pav with Masala Pav here with
simple tips to make Masala Pav. Fry the bread in several butter initial. Shake
over pav bhaji masala on it, and then fry the bread in this hot butter until
searing and turn into golden. Also
serves with delicately slice
and split onions, crushed cilantro and wedges of lemon.
To make Pav Bhaji more
spicy add garlic past into sabji.
