Bundi Raita is a spicy and chatpata recipe. Bundi raita is a North Indian Traditional Raita. It is most
likely made on festivals and weddings. Bundi Raita is Bundi with curd and other
chat pata ingredients. Bundi raita is an instant recipe. It is good side dish
along with pulao.
Ingredients For Bundi Raita :
Spicy bundi: 100 grams
Curds: 200 ml
Coriander leaves (chopped):
2 table spoons
Red Chili Powder: 1 table
spoons
Chata Masala Powder: ½ tea
spoons
Khajur chutney: a little
Salt to taste
Method How make Bundi Raita :
Step-1:
Beat
the curds well.
Step-2:
Add
salt to it.
Step-3:
Pour
the curds over the bundi.
Step-4:
Add
the khajur chutney, Chata Masala Powder.
Step-5:
Garnish
with finely chopped coriander leaves and Red Chili Powder.
Additional
Tips to Serves Bundi Raita :
Serve immediately after
made otherwise raita become soggy.
Dip bundi in warm water
for a while it can absorbs oil.
