Rava Sheera is
sweet recipe. Rava Sheera is all time meal for breakfast, with lunch or
in occasion. This is made by roasted semolina or rava. In satynarayan
pooja Rava Sheera is made for prasad also known as satynarayan pooja Rava
Sheera.
Ingredients for Rava
Sheera Recipe
Rava(semolina): 600 grams
Ghee: 600 grams
Sugar: 650 grams
Milk: 3 liters
Cardamom powder: ½ Tea-spoons
Almonds (grated): 5-6
Charoli: A few
Method How to make Satynarayan
Pooja Rava Sheera
Step-1: Take a pan, roast a rava in ghee till it is brown.
Step-2: Add milk and cook well on low flame.
Step-3: When milk evaporates, add sugar and mix it well with the rava.
Step-4: Cook it until sugar melt and it become dry.
Step-5: Add cardamom powder mix it.
Step-6: Decorate with charoli and almonds (grated) and it.
