Milk:

Khoya:
4 Tablespoon
Kismis:

Almonds
(chopped): 1 Tablespoon
Cardamom
powder: ½ Teaspoon
Method of How to Make Gajar Ka Halwa
Recipe
Step 1: Take a pan, add Ghee, add Carrots and
fry them for 4-5 minutes.
Step 2: Add milk, mix them well, and cook for
15-20 minutes.
Step 3: Add Sugar , mix them well and cook for
10 minutes make sure keep stirring continuously otherwise it stick on pan
bottom.
Step 4: Now Add Khoya , mix them well and heat
for 2 minutes.
Step 5: Add
Kismis, almonds and cardamom powder mixes them well.
Step 6: Serve hot or warm.
