Ingredients for Kaju Katri Recipe
Cashews powder: 2 Cups
Powdered sugar: 1 Cup
Milk: ½ Cup
Ghee: 1 tea spoon
Cardamom powder: few
Silver foil for decoration
Method How to Make Kaju Katri Recipe
Step
1:
Take a pan, add Ghee, add milk and sugar powder and cook it.
Step

After 2 minutes, add Cashews powder and Cardamom powder.
Step
3:
Cook it until it becomes thick dough. Then, add little Ghee.
Step
4:
Take a plate and apply ghee in surface, add dough in plate and spread in equal
manner.
Step
5:
After some time when dough is get cold, spread silver foil on dough.
Step
6:
Make pieces in shape of diamonds and serve it.
