How to Make White Gravy
Step 1: Mix ginger, chillies, and garlic, cinnamon, clove and cumin seeds and grind them, take a pan, add oil, add paste and onion.
Step 2: Fry for a minutes, add salt, dhana jeera powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala until it get brownish.
Step 3: Add cashewnuts, magatari seeds and khus khus paste. Fry for 4 - 5 minutes till oil separates. Add butter and enough water.
Step 4: When mixture boiled, add milk after sometime add mawa and fresh cream.
Step 5: Now white gravy is ready.
Method for How to Make Malai Kofta
Step 1: Take
boiled potatoes, mash them, add salt, green chilies, Toast powder and mix them
well.
Step 2: Take
paneer , grate it , add almonds, pistas, kesar and salt to it. Mix well.
Step 3: Make a ball of potatoes mixture, flatten
them and stuffed with little panner mixture in it.
Step 4: Now take a pan, fry stuffed balls.
Step 5: Take white gravy, add malai, when it
boiled add the koftas and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 6: Garnish with cream and chopped coriander
leaves and serves with naan or chapatis.
