corn is one of those things that I believe tastes so good because of the
anticipation. Now try the cake in flavored of corns. These were the perfect
vehicle for a tasty combination of eggs, avocado, and a quick, fresh salsa.
Mexican corn cake makes you healthy and feet.
Ingredients for Mexican Corn Recipe
Cornmeal: 1½ cups
Flour: ½ cup
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Kosher salt: ½ teaspoon
Cotija(grated): ½ cup
Frozen corn: 2 cups
Water: ¾ to 1 cup
Vegetable oil: 3
Tablespoons
Eggs (Poached)
Avocado (Sliced)
Salsa
Method for How to Make Mexican Corn Cake
Step1:
Take a bowl, add Cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt. Now add cheese and corn
and mix it well.
Step2: Now
add water and mix it well.
Step3: Now
make 12 round pieces in shaped like cakes.
Step4: Now
take a pan, add little oil in it, fry the cut pieces until it become golden
brown and after 4 minutes flip the cake and make back side golden brown.
Step5: Decorate
with avocado, poached eggs and simple salsa and serve it warm.
