Special Gujarati Sweet Dish sukhdi recipe
is much healthier in the season of winter. Sukhdi is wheat flour flavoured with
jaggery and Ghee. Sukhdi is easy to made and less time consuming. Shukhadi is
also called gud papadi and jaggery desert.
Ingredients
of Sukhdi
Wheat Flour: 250 grams
Ghee: 250 grams
Jiggery: 200 grams
Poppy Seeds: 1 Table spoon
Cashew nut: 6-8 pieces
Method
of How to make Sukhdi
Step
1:
Take 100 grams Ghee in pan, roast wheat flour in low flame until it becomes
light brown.
Step
2:
Take reaming Ghee in another pan, add sticks jaggery.
Step
3:
After jaggery melt, add roasted wheat flour and cook for a minute.
Step
4:
Take a plate, grease it with ghee, and pour the mixture into plate make a flat layer.
Step
5:
Sprinkle poppy seeds and cut instantly into small squares.
Step
6:
Decorate with cashew-nuts and serve it.
