healthier with Til Chikki. Til Chikki is mixture of sesame seeds, sugar and
ghee. It’s normally makes in a festival of Uttarayan which is also known as the
festival of kites. Til is good for health and special it becomes

Ingredients for Til Chikki Recipe
Til (sesame seeds): 1 Cup
Jaggery (cut into small pieces): 1 cup
Ghee: little
Sugar (powdered): little
Method for How to Make Til Chikki
Step
1:
Take a pan, add jiggery, sugar and water. Boil the mixture until it become
thick.
Step

Add til into mixture mix it well. Sprinkle some sugar on kitchen platform,
spread this mixture on platform equally, and make a thin round roti.

3:
Make small square pieces when mixture is hot and serve it.
Additional
Tips:
You can also add coconut powder, groundnuts, kaju, and
almonds in powdered form to make this chikki healthier.
