In this recipe we use of bottleground in
place of fenugreek leaves. Try this Dhudhi Thepla
with tea I promise you will make it more and more times.
Ingredients for Dudhi Thepla Recipe
Bottleground (dhudhi): 500 Grams
Wheat flour: 50 Grams
Curd
Jiggery: ¼ Teaspoon
Turmeric powder:
Garlic: 50 Grams
Green chili: 50 Grams
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt as per Taste
Method How to Make Dudhi Thepla
Step 1: Mix all ingredients.
Step 2: Make dough from this mixture.
Step 3: Make round thick thepla and cook on tava.
Step 4: Serve hot with chutney or tea.
