Paneer: 150 grams
Onions: 150 grams
Tomatoes: 150 grams
Tomato ketchup: 50 grams
Mawa: 50 grams
Ghee: 3 Tablespoon
Khus khus: 1 Tablespoon
Magatari seeds: ½
Tablespoon
Coriander leaves: 1
Tablespoon
Fennel Seeds: ½ Teaspoon
Javantri: 2 Pieces
Kesar: little nag
Tamal Patras: 2
Garlic clove: 5
Ginger: small pieces
Salt as per taste
Method
of How to Make Paneer Tikka Masala
Step
1:
Take 100 gram paneer, cut them in triangular shape, fry them in ghee, then soak
in water.
Step
2:
Make paste of onions and garlic.
Step
3:
Take a pan, add Ghee, add paste of ginger and garlic and fry for 5 minutes
until it get brownish.
Step
4:
Now make a paste of Khus khus, Magatari seeds, Coriander leaves, Fennel Seeds, Javantri,
Kesar, Tamal Patras Masalas.
Step
5:
Now add Tomato paste, ketchup, add paste of masala.
Step
6:
Add granted ginger, Mawa, reaming granted paneer, fry pieces of paneer and cook
for 10 minutes.

7:
Serve with naan, roti and mango pickle.
