Rasgulla is also known as Roshogolla
the king of Indian sweets. Rasgulla is traditional Bengali cheese-based sweet
dish mostly made on festivals like Diwali, Durga puja, etc. Try this sweet
recipe at home.
Ingredients
of Rasgulla Recipe
Milk: 1 Liter
Lemon Juice: 1 Lemon
Sugar: 1 ½ Cup
Water: 3 Cup
Method
How to Make Rasgulla Recipe
Step
1:
Boil milk, cold it in refrigerator. Remove Malai next day and boil it again and
cool for 2 minutes.
Step

Now take half cup of water, add lemon juice in it.
Step

Add mixture to milk and strain it in cloth and wait until paneer is formed.
Step
4:
Now take paneer , add 1 teaspoon sugar in it and knead it , make paneer soft.
Step
5:
Now make small balls from paneer.
Step
6:
Now take pan, add remaining water, and add reaming sygar and make thin syrup.
Step
7:
Now put balls into syrup, boil for 15 minutes.
Step
8:
Now add 1 cup cold water and serve it after refrigerate it.
Additional
Tips:
Instead of Lemon Juice you
can use vinegar.
