Ingredients of Ringan no odo Recipe:

Brinjal: 50 grams

Garlic paste: 12 clove’s

Ginger Paste: 1 Teaspoon

Green Chilli paste: 6

Coriander Powder: 2 spoons

Salt as per Taste

Garam Masala: ½ spoons

Amchur powder: ¼ spoons

Oil: 6 Teaspoon

Coriander leaves (chopped): ½ Cup

Cumin seeds: 1 spoon

Asafetida: a pinch

Turmeric powder: ¼ spoons

Medium onions: 3

Spring onions: 1

Method of How to Make Ringan No Odo Recipe:

Step 1: Roast brinjals on gas.

Step 2: After cool down, mashed brinjals using smashers.

Step 3: Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, asafetida and onions and cook it for 2 min.

Step 4: Add all masala and corianders and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5: Serve with Gujarati thepla or rotala.
