for Sev Tomato Sabji
Tomatoes (chopped): 250 Grams
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds: ½ Teaspoon
Mustard seeds: ½ Teaspoon
Red chill powder: 1 Teaspoon
Jaggery: 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder: ½ Teaspoon
Dhana jeera powder: 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon
Thick sev: 100 Grams
Salt as per Taste

How to Make Sev Tomato Sabji
Step: 1
Take oil in pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds , tomatoes, salt , chill
powder, jiggery, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, garam masala and a little
water.
Step: 2 when mixture start to boil add sev, cook for a minutes and serve hot.
