Ingredients for Bhindi Sabji Recipe
Bindhi (lady finger): 200 Grams
Chana flour: 100 Grams
Red chili powder: 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Dhana jeera powder: 3 Teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon
Sugar: 3 Teaspoon
Lemon: 1
Oil
Cumin seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves: 2 Tablespoon
Salt as per Taste
Method How to Cook Bhindi Sabji Recipe
Step 1: Wash binda and put cut on vertically.
Step 2: Mix chana flour, all masala .
Step 3: Add stuff masala in cut binda.
Step 4: Take oil in kadhai, add cumin seeds.
Step 5: After crackling, add stuffed bhinda.
Step 6: Add additional masala, and cook for 20 minutes,
Step 7: Decorate with finely chopped coriander leaves and
serve.
