Ingredients for Methi Papad Sabji Recipe
Methi leaves: 100 Grams
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder: 1/2
Teaspoon
Red chill powder: 1
Teaspoon
Jaggery: 3 Tablespoon
Moog Papads: 4
Dhana jeera powder: 1
Teaspoon
Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon
Lemon: ½
Salt as per your Taste
Method How to Make Methi Papad Sabji
Step: 1 Boil
chopped Methi Leaves.
Step: 2 Take
little oil in pan, add turmeric powder, red chili powder and boiled methi.
Step: 3 Add
water. After water boiled add papad peices, dhana jeera, garam masala, lemon
juice.
Step: 4 Cook for
2 minutes and serve with roti.
