Methi papad is different type of Gujarati Jains special sabji. Methi means fenugreek leaves and methi papad is combination methi and moog papad. Try this methi papad sabji with Gujarati roti.


Ingredients for Methi Papad Sabji Recipe

Methi leaves: 100 Grams

Oil: 2 Tablespoon

Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Teaspoon

Red chill powder: 1 Teaspoon

Jaggery: 3 Tablespoon

Moog Papads: 4

Dhana jeera powder: 1 Teaspoon

Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon

Lemon: ½

Salt as per your Taste

Method How to Make Methi Papad Sabji 

Step: 1 Boil chopped Methi Leaves.

Step: 2 Take little oil in pan, add turmeric powder, red chili powder and boiled methi.

Step: 3 Add water. After water boiled add papad peices, dhana jeera, garam masala, lemon juice.

Step: 4 Cook for 2 minutes and serve with roti.
