Stuffed Karela means
bitter grourd stuffed with masalas. As people say karela is good for health and
it protect us from all dieses. Add sugar
in Stuffed Karela or make it in slated water for while before cook can deduct their bitter taste.
Ingredients for Stuffed Karela Sabji
Karela: 250 Grams
Bananas: 2
Oil
Ground nuts: 50 Grams
Black currants: 50 Grams
Sesame seeds: 25 Grams
Turmeric powder: ½ Teaspoon
Dhana jeera powder: 2 Teaspoon
Sugar (powdered): 50 Grams
Coconut (desiccated): 25 Grams
Garam Masala: 1 Teaspoon
Ginger-chilli paste: 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder: 1 Teaspoon
Salt as per Taste
Method for How to Cook Karela Sabji
Step 1: Cut Karel and add salt in cuts and put side for
some time and soak ground nuts.
Step 2: Fry karela and bananas in oil.
Step 3: Take little oil in pan,
add cashew nuts, raisins, groundnuts, black currants, sesame seeds, turmeric
powder, dhana jeera powder, powdered sugar, desiccated coconut, garam masala,
salt, ginger-chili paste and red chili powder.
Step 4: Add fried Karela and banana pieces and mix it well.
Step 5: Serve hot with roti and achar.
