Rice: 4 Cup
Turmeric powder: ¼ Teaspoon
Chili Powder: ½ Teaspoon
Oil: 1 ½ Teaspoon
Mustard seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Asafoetida: a pinch

Method for How to Make Vagharela Bhat
Step
1: Combine
the rice, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt in a plate and mix well. Keep aside.
Step
2: Heat
the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
Step
3: When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and saute on
a medium flame for few seconds.
Step
4: Add
the rice mixture, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while
stirring once in between.

5: Serve
hot with fresh curds or raita.
