Kadhi is most famous in kathiyawadi people of Gujarat.
Vaghareli khichdi and kadhi make awesome combination of meal. Kadhi is made
from buttermilk.
Ingredients for Kadhi Recipe
Buttermilk: 3 Cup
Rajgara flour or Shingoda flour: 3 Tablespoon
Sugar: 3 Tablespoon
Ghee: 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Ginger and chill paste: 2 Teaspoon
Red chilies: 2
Coconut: 1 Teaspoon
Salt as per Taste
Method for How to Cook Kadhi
Step: 1 Take Buttermilk in pot,
add flour and beat well so lumps are formed.
Step:
2 Add salt, ginger and chilies. Boil the
mixture.
Step: 3 Take little ghee in pan, add
cumin seeds, red chill.
Step: 4 After cook
sometime check and when it is slightly thick then off gas.
Step: 5 Decorate with
coriander leaves and serve with khichdi and achar.
