Moong dal: 1/2 cup
Water: 4 cups
Ghee: 2 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds: 1
Teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1 Stick
Clove: 5
Turmeric Powder: ½ Teaspoon
Onions: 2
Green chili: 4
Ginger: 1 Tablespoon
Salt as per Taste
Green peas: ¼ Cup
Carrot: ¼ Cup
Paneer: ¼ Cup

Method for How to Mame Vaghareli Khichdi
Step
1: Soak
moong dal and rice in water for 20 minutes.
Step
2: Take
ghee in pressure cooker; add cumin seeds, clove, and cinnamon.
Step
3: Add
ginger paste, chili, and onions.
Step
4: Mix
well and fry until onions get golden brown.
Step
5: Add
all vegetables if you want to add, 1/2 cup of water and mix well.

6: Add
soaked moong dal and rice.
Step
7: Cook
it by 5 or 6 whistles in pressure cooker.
