you ever eat carrot halwa or Gajar ka halwa but now try carrot raita spicy in
taste with fresh curd, ginger-chili paste.
Ingredients for Carrot Raita Recipe
Carrot: 300 Grams
Curd: 300 Ml
Ginger-chill paste: 1 ½ Teaspoon
Oil: 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds: 1 ½ Teaspoon
Asafetida: a Pinch
Sugar: 2 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds (chopped): 2 Tablespoon
Salt as per your taste
Method for How to Make Carrot Raita
Step: 1 Collect all the ingredients at one place then after boil the carrot, peel then and grant well.
Step: 2 Take curd in one middle size bowl, add
curd, carrot, chilies, salt as per your taste.
Step: 3 Take oil in pan, add mustard seeds and asafetida.
Step: 4 Add Sugar and mix it well with all other ingredients.
Step: 5 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve during meal.
