Ingredients for Palak Thepla
Spinach (Palak): 1 Cup
Onions: 1
Wheat flour: 2 Cup
Ginger-chilli paste: 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves: 4 Tablespoon
Oil
Salt as per taste
Method for How to Make Palak Thepla
Step 1: Boil
chopped Spinach and make paste.
Step 2: Take
little oil in pan, fry chopped oinios in pan.
Step 3: Add
spinach paste, onions, ginger-chilli paste, coriander leaves, red chilli
powder, salt,
and 1 table spoon oil and wheat flour.
Step 4: Knead
the dough from mixture.
Step 5: Divide
the dough into small portions.
Step 6: Make
thin rotis from portions.
Step 7: Roast
rotis and serve with tea or pickles.
