Diwali special snacks recipe with crispy and crunchy in taste with flavoured of
coconut and cardamom. It’s easy to make and every green favourites among children’s as special sweet snacks.
Ingredients for Sakarpara Recipe
Maida: 1 and ½ Cup
Sugar Powder: ½ Cup
Coconut (grated): ¼ Cup
Milk: 5 Tablespoon
Butter: 3 Tablespoon
Cardamom powder: 1 Teaspoon
Ghee
Salt as per Taste
Method for How to Cook Sakarpara
Step 1: Take flat bowl and minx maida, add sugar, milk, coconut, butter, cardamom, powder, and salt and make dough.
Step 2: Make a big and prefect round roti from dough.
Step 3: Cut it in diamond or square shape.
Step 4: Take ghee in pan, and fry cut shapes in it few at a time.
Step 5: Serve it hot with tea.
