Gujarati puri is like small round fry chapatti. Try
this puri with with potato sabji during meal. Usually puri made during festive time or any special occasion like pooja, marriage, engagement, baby shower.
Ingredients for Puri Recipe
Wheat flour: 2 Cup
Oil: 2 ½ Tablespoon
Salt as per taste
Oil for fry
Method for How to Make Puri
Step 1: Take wheat flour, add 2 Tablespoon oil, salt and
make stiff dough using water.
Step 2: Knead dough using ½ Teaspoon oil and keep aside for
a minute.
Step 3: Make small balls from dough.
Step 4: Make small round puri from the balls.
Step 5: Heat the oil in a deep kadhai and deep-fry the
puris a few at a time till they turn
Step
6: golden brown in colour from both the sides.
Step 7: Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
