and onion,tomato, garlic and ginger paste. It’s something like mixture taste of Gujrati
and Punjabi Sabji. Try this delicious Gobi Masala Sabji with Naan, roti with mango achar and butter milk.
Ingredients for Gobi Masala Sabji Recipe
Cauliflower (medium): 2
Onion (chopped) (medium): 2
Garlic-ginger paste: 2 Tablespoon
Curd: 4 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder: ¼ Teaspoon
Red chili powder: ½ Teaspoon
Garam masala powder: ½ Teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1
Teaspoon
Cumin powder: ½ Teaspoon
Bay leaf: 1 small
Water: 1.5 Cup
Cream: 2 Tablespoon
Caraway seeds: ½ Teaspoon
Methi(crushed): ½ Teaspoon
Oil (For cauliflower): 3
Tablespoon
Oil (For curry): 3
Tablespoon
Salt as per taste

Tomatoes: 2
Cashews: 2 Tablespoon
Method for How to Cook Gobi Masala Sabji
Step 1: Gently Chopped cauliflower,
heat water. Add little salt, add chopped cauliflower in it and boil for 15-20
minutes.
Step 2: After that put off the cauliflower
and make them dry.
Step 3: Now chopped onion, ginger,
garlic make a paste.
Step 4: Grind tomatoes and cashews
and make a smooth paste of it.
Step 5: Take a pan, add little oil,
and add dry cauliflowers make them brown.
Step 6: Now take another pan, add
little oil bay leaf and caraway seeds, add chopped onions stir well until it
get brown. Now add ginger-garlic paste. Now add tomato-cashew paste.
Step 7: Now off stove and then add
Curd, add water, now put pan on gas again.
Step 8: Now add fried cauliflower
and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 9: Now add Methi, cream and a
pinch of nutmeg.
Step 10: Serve with roti, naan and
achar.
