Ingredients for Urad Dal Recipe
Adad dal: 1 ¼ Cup
Hot water: 3 Cup
Garlic paste: ½ Teaspoon
Green chilli: 5
Ginger Paste: 1 Teaspoon
Tomato Puree: ½ Cup
Ghee: 2 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds: 1 Teaspoon
Curry leaves: 10
Asafoedita: ¼ Teaspoon
Turmeric powder: ½ Teaspoon
Salt 1 ½ Teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1
Coriander leaves (chopped): ½ Cup
Method for How to Cook Urad Dal
Step:
1 Boil urad dal in pan, as in enough water.
Step: 2 Take little ghee
in pan, add mustard seed.
Step:
3 After seasoning it, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafetida.
Step:
4 Add tomatoes, garlic, ginger and chilies.
Step:
5 Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Step: 6 Add the turmeric
and cook for a further minute.
Step:
7 Add cook udal dal, 3 cup of water and stir continuously.
Step:
8 Add salt and lemon juice.
Step:
9 Mix well and cook for a minutes.
Step:
10 Decorate with coriander leaves and serve got.
